The Department of Arabic Language was established with an aim to provide highest standards of the linguistic knowledge of the department’s graduates by supporting their correct linguistic proficiency, raising their linguistic competence and directing their attention towards the broad areas imposed by the requirements of the current era, and then preserving and upgrading our timeless language.

The Arabic Language Department aspires to prepare educators who are scientifically, culturally, and educationally capable and aware of the contemporary needs and requirements associated with the concerned language, a trained cadre willing and aiming of advancing society,who can attain leadership in research and teaching, and have literary, linguistic and critical efficiency that achieve various outputs needed by the labor market, and able to prove themselves in Fields of (media, teaching, language drafting and proofreading,content writing)
