Lect. Zahraa Khader Abbas. The workshop dealt with the strengths that must be developed to practice them in daily life and the importance of identifying them for a person to reach a state of psychological stability and identifying and knowing the weaknesses to work on transforming them into strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the most prominent weaknesses that each individual needs to stand on were identified to work on modifying and strengthening them so that they turn into strengths, and the best methods that must be followed to identify strengths and weaknesses in the personality were explained.<br>At the end of the workshop, a video was shown showing what the actual identity is to prove a person's personality.
